IT Business Partner 作为业务与 IT 之间的桥梁重点支持销售及相关前端业务如渠道售前售后服务深入理解销售策略与业务目标规划并推动数字化解决方案的落地该岗位负责收集与分析销售团队的需求协调内部 IT 资源与外部供应商确保各类销售系统如 CRMERP报价系统客户门户等高效稳定可持续发展从而提升销售效率和客户体验驱动业务增长

We are seeking a passionate IT Business Partner that acts as a strategic bridge between Business and IT with a strong focus on Sales and customer-facing functions (e.g. Channel Pre-sales After-sales Service). This role deeply understands sales strategies and business objectives and drives the planning and implementation of digital solutions. The IT Business Partner gathers and analyzes requirements from the sales organization coordinates internal IT resources and external vendors and ensures that sales-related systems (e.g. CRM ERP Quotation Tools Customer Portal) are efficient stable and scalable ultimately improving sales productivity and customer experience and supporting business growth.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

业务合作与需求管理 / Business Partnership & Demand Management

  • 深入了解销售业务流程线索到订单报价管理渠道管理客户管理等识别数字化改进机会
  • 与销售市场渠道售后等团队建立紧密合作关系定期收集并梳理业务需求形成清晰的需求文档与优先级
  • 作为业务代言人参与 IT 项目立项方案评估和投资回报分析ROI支持管理层进行决策
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales Marketing Channel and After-sales teams; regularly collect and prioritize business requirements.
  • Gain deep understanding of sales processes (Lead-to-Order Quotation Channel Management Account Management etc.) and identify digital improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the business in IT project initiation solution evaluation and ROI analysis to support decision making.

  • 与业务团队合作定义销售相关 KPI 和报表需求为销售管理层提供及时准确的业务洞察
  • 推动销售数据质量改善数据标准数据治理主数据管理等
  • 支持销售预测销售绩效分析客户细分等数据分析场景
  • 进行数据分析识别趋势根本原因和潜在机会为战略决策提供数据支持
  • Collaborate with business team to define sales-related KPIs and reporting requirements and deliver timely and accurate business insights.
  • Drive improvements in sales data quality (data standards governance master data management).
  • Support analytics use cases such as sales forecasting performance analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends root causes and opportunities providing data-driven support for strategic decision-making.

任职要求 Qualifications

学历 Education

本科及以上学历计算机科学商业管理经济学或相关领域

Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Business Administration Economics or a related field.

工作经验 / Experience

  • 5 年及以上 IT / 数字化 / 业务分析相关工作经验其中至少 23 年支持销售或前端业务的经验
  • 有在销售导向型公司如快速消费品工业设备B2B 解决方案分销/渠道型业务等工作的经验优先
  • 有 CRM如 SalesforceMicrosoft Dynamics 365等系统实施或运维经验者优先
  • 5 years of experience in IT / Digital / Business Analysis with at least 23 years supporting Sales or customer-facing functions.
  • Experience in sales-driven organizations (e.g. FMCG Industrial Equipment B2B Solutions Distribution/Channel business) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365) systems is a strong plus.

Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively in a cross-region / cross-cultural environment.

优先条件 Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification such as PMP is a plus.

Experience in the Dynamic365 Supply Chain & Finance is a plus.

Proficiency with tools like DevOps SQL or Power BI DAX is a plus.
