About the role
The Manager is responsible for leading key policy project and general management functions for the team including the design delivery and evaluation of complex initiatives that advance organisational objectives and Government priorities.
The current delivery priorities of the team are to drive Cultural Responsiveness initiatives across new and existing public preschools. This role is central to ensuring that Aboriginal perspectives voices and community partnerships meaningfully shape the design delivery and ongoing improvement of the NSW public preschool program.
A key focus of the role is leading coordinated stakeholder engagement with a diverse range of internal and external partners. The role will also lead evaluation processes to drive evidence-based recommendations to the executive to information program direction future enhancements and strategic decision-making.
