We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Analytics Team!
This role supports the Analytics Enablement team in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions. As part of the broader Analytics organization Customer Analytics drives scalable practices that foster customer-centric innovation across brand and CPG/Retail initiatives.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Lead discussions with clients to understand business goals define analytical requirements and align key deliverables.
Translate business challenges into structured problem statements and analytical approaches.
Present insights recommendations and solutions clearly to both business and stakeholders
Work closely with data engineers visualization specialists and drive continuous improvement & opportunities for efficiency through automation.
Should having knowledge of market research & any specific knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry be an added advantage
Knowledge of Customer/Shopper level data will be an added advantage
Working knowledge in MS Excel MS-power point (for delivering insights and results)
Hands-on experience in Python Azure Data Bricks & Visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is an added advantage
The ability to handle various data sources (format structured and unstructured; volume sparse and large) using data modeling to develop reporting capabilities and valuable insights across these data sources is key.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Masters or bachelors - Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/B-Tech
Preferred Qualification: Data analytics Knowledge Retail/CPG/FMCG/ General Merchandise.
Technical skills: Python Azure Data Bricks Power BI and MS Office (Excel & PPT).
