Job Summary
ABOUT THE PYTHON DATA ENGINEER ROLE:
We are looking for a skilled Python Data Engineer to join our team and work on building high-performance applications and scalable data this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust Python-based applications optimizing data pipelines and integrating various APIs and databases.
This is more than just a coding roleit requires strategic thinking creativity and a passion for data-driven decision-making to drive results and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop test and maintain efficient Python applications.
- Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases to manage and analyse large datasets.
- Implement and integrate APIs web scraping techniques and database queries to extract data from various sources.
- Design develop and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction transformation and loading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality performance and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python data engineering and backend development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 35 years of expertise in Python is a must have.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks and libraries such as Pandas NumPy and Scrapy.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Strong problem-solving skillsand the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
