What matters most is that youre people-centric self-motivated and eager to connect great candidates with great companies and that you genuinely smile when you talk to people. Well teach you the recruiting skills you bring the heart and drive.

What Youll Do
From your favorite home office setup youll:

Learn recruiting from the ground up sourcing interviewing and connecting incredible people with companies where they can thrive.

Connect with clients to understand their culture values and hiring needs.

Help write job postings and source both active and passive candidates across industries.

Screen candidates not just for skills but for cultural fit because great hires are more than just qualifications.

Communicate openly and warmly with candidates and clients through every step of the process.

Collaborate with your team share ideas and celebrate successes together.

Use our proprietary C.O.R.E. Scorecard approach to support thoughtful values-aligned talent recommendations.
What Were Looking For

No recruiting experience required well train you.

Hungry motivated and eager to learn.

A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy.

Tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills.

Someone who naturally enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.

Background in customer service sales business development or similar people-focused roles is a plus but not required.

A communicator who leads with honesty empathy and authenticity.
