We are looking for a Business Development Manager that understands the channel needs consumers/customers insights and developing programs and activities tailored to capitalize on the opportunities in the channel for long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
A day in the life of...
- Develop Channel Insights that determines the strategy and tactics to compete in the channel including setting the OPL and Commercial Planning
- An entrepreneurial approach to ensure the development of the Channel to achieve their sales and profits targets as given by management.
Full P&L responsibilities. - Develop plans to increase/improve distribution. Assist in the development of new products and products rationalization to cater the need of the channel.
- To account monitor control and ensure cost effective promotional activities with the PFME/TTS funds allocated.
- Trade Asset Control
- Communicate with the Sales and Distribution team to achieve desired merchandising and execution of plans in outlet ie respective channel.
- To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- To ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
