Job Summary

Your responsibilities

As an HR and Payroll Specialist you manage the complete payroll administration including social security contributions and withholding tax

  • You act as a social insurance expert ensuring compliance and implementing and sharing best practices
  • You provide and verify accurate payroll data year-end reports and payroll listings
  • You maintain consistency accuracy and compliance with applicable labour regulations and company policies across all HR templates and documents while ensuring that all actions are compliant
  • You actively contribute to the development of the HRIS HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • You provide first-level support to employees by answering HR-related questions and advising on policies and procedures
  • You act as a backup for members of the HR Operations team to ensure continuity of HR services.

Your profile

  • You have completed a university degree in economics or management
  • You are completing or have completed a Federal diploma as a Social Insurance Specialist or an equivalent qualification
  • You have several years of experience in payroll management and project leadership
  • You are proficient in MS Office an ERP system (such as Abacus) MySuccess and have knowledge of an absence management software
  • You are fluent in French and English and have a good command of German
  • You have strong communication skills a team-oriented mindset organizational rigor and demonstrate discretion.
