We can offer you the following tasks
The ROC Connectivity Engineeris responsible fortheinitialphase of a performance-based contract for connecting systems in an ecosystem with customers and suppliers. During this time he is involved in testing and commissioning our machines anddesignsfuture responsible forPrimeServAssist customers and he ismonitoringthe compressor plants inEverllenceCEON (Monitoring System). Thanks to hisknowledgehe is actively developingthe digitalizationinPrimeServ.
- Implementation of CEON in the ecosystem of the operation alliance
- Supports testing and commissioning in order to prepare for the operational phase and develop cooperation with the customer (proof of concept)
- Continuous monitoring of plants covered in aPrimeServAssist contract based on the operating data made available via CEON
- Technical consulting for all operating issues of the monitored plants
- Generating monthly / yearly reports and looking after the customer by using the Remote Operation Center (ROC) ZRH.
- Coordination of the monitoring on-boarding process once the Remote Monitoring Contractaresigned.
- Ifnecessarytroubleshooting at customer site. Coordination of detailed root cause analysis with all involved parties like laboratory R&D departments andthird partyconsulting.
- Active role in the hotline service (Techline)
You can help us with these qualifications
- Master degree in mechanical engineering with strong IT skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in calculationand ordesign and or erection of Turbomachinery RotatingEquipmentand sub systems.
- Knowledge of technologies related to IoT physical connectivity (Switching Routing Firewall) protocols (Modbus OPC etc.) data storage and management.
- Innerdriveandself-motivation
- Ifpossiblewith IT Security Knowledge
- Very goodcoordinationorganizationand communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
- Establish good internal / external collaboration with other departments
