Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager Client Management you will take full accountability to strategize cost effective business plans and operational solutions for our clients to drive business growth establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with our clients and partners. Apart from leading business onboarding process with our new clients you will take accountability of operational enquiries from clients on operational efficiency service levels review process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives.
General Responsibilities
- Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet clients needs
- Manage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency service levels process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives etc.
- Contribute on new business onboarding process with collaborating with new clients and cross functional departments
- Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
- Lead meetings and negotiations with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities
- Establish long-term professional relationships with existing clients and partners to promote companys products and services. Manage the contract renewal process.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality services in accordance with agreed KPIs
- Understand and identify rooms for improvement in individual clients Profit & Loss statement
- Initial handling of clients agreement
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of 3PL supply chain operations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Good understanding of clients industry/business/products
- Excellent client management project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Basic financial skills on analyzing Profit & Loss statement
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chains & Logistics or related discipline
