Web & Marketing Analytics Manager

Team Red Dog looking for a Web & Marketing Analytics Manager to support an enterprise data and analytics innovator client. This fully remote contract role is ideal for a marketing analytics professional who thrives on turning ambiguous business questions into clear actionable insights across web performance experimentation and user behaviorworking with tools like Google Analytics FullStory Excel SQL and Power BI to influence high-visibility marketing and web decisions.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to play a key analytical role within a Web Experience team that shapes how users discover and engage with products. You will support marketing programs web experiments and site optimization initiatives by delivering insights that influence strategy and execution. The work is highly visible collaborative and impact-driven with a strong emphasis on clarity rigor and storytelling with data.

How you will make an impact:

• Evaluate the impact of web projects and cross-team initiatives through proactive and on-demand analysis.
• Run and evaluate web experiments using tools like Ninetailed and internal experimentation frameworks.
• Analyze behavioral data in FullStory to assess usability engagement and user journey performance.
• Answer ad-hoc questions using FullStory Power BI and Excel to uncover trends and performance drivers.
• Produce monthly reporting on web engagement including session patterns behavioral insights and page-level trends.
• Partner with product managers and marketers to clarify ambiguous analytics questions and structure effective analyses.
• Conduct page-level and flow-level investigations across purchase and conversion paths to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to analyze sales funnels originating from web lead sources.

The expertise you bring:

• 57 years of experience in web analytics and/or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Strong ability to refine vague business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data manipulation.
• Experience supporting marketing growth or web teams with performance insights.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts such as significance and confidence intervals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently manage time effectively and context-switch across stakeholders.
