Our next Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for providing market insights identifying hiring needs and advertising job openings. This role will partner with the Talent Acquisition team HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to attract potential candidates build and maintain an active pipeline and ensure a positive experience to all of our stakeholders.

Your Tasks

  • Advertise job openings on career pages and other sites
  • Manage and keep our ATS software updated
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn using Boolean searches
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on the hiring process
  • Execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates and build talent pools
  • Build relationships with candidates to support networking strategies
  • Review and present market and competitor mappings to management teams HR business partners and talent acquisition experts
  • Forecast future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Participate in intake meetings to gain a solid understanding of the organization and business needs

Your Profile

  • Experience with LinkedIn Searches / Boolean for at least 6 months
  • Ability to review and qualify applications and resumes to be passed to the Talent Acquisition Expert.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors as ATS is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to adapt navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced high-growth changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
