WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

For Testing Services department we are hiring a Senior Testing Services Consultant who is a highly skilled professional in areas of testing engineering consulting and operation of SaaS solutions with focus on continuous testing efficiency test automation to ensure reliable service delivery to SimCorp clients

In this role the Senior Testing Services Consultant should demonstrate leadership skills advocate continuous learning and improvement grounded in Agile & Lean methodology and DevOps practices apply creative testing approaches and collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Play a pivotal role in designing developing andmaintainingautomated test scripts to ensure the seamless integration of automated testswithin ourpipeline

• Create well-structured automated test cases grounded in analyzed customer requirements and scope

• Leverage modern AI technologies to design and implement advanced automated test suits contributing to increasing efficiency of testing

• Report detecteddeviationsand carrying them out through the whole defect lifecycle

• Leadcollaborationacross otherbusiness units atSimCorpto reduce dependency and removeimpediments

• Conductregular meetingswith clients

• Lead project planningand executionon a team level

• Regularly participate in relevant CoPs (Community of Practice)

• Accelerate knowledge transfer by conducting trainingad-hoc coachingand help in boosting x-teams collaboration

WHAT WE VALUE

• Knowledgeof softwareupgrade andimplementation projectprocesses Software Testing Life Cycleincidentmanagementstandard test deliverables

• Have3-5 year experience in testing business analysisor consultingrole working on complex systems ideally within a financial domain. Experiencein implementation ofAgile practices and frameworks

• Previousexperienceintest automationisrequired Solid data analysis skills and attention to detail be familiar with SQL and able to write scripts to work with data

• Unsupervised designdevelopmentand implementation oftest automation scripts isa plus.

• A relevant software testing qualification/ (or equivalent) is a plus

• Upper-intermediate English

• Analytical mindset and a solution-focused attitude. Good at keeping deadlines and work within a tight time schedule

• Able to perform well within cross-functional teams and in solo contexts bringing clear lead experience and leadership capability
