Join us as our new IT Head of S/4

As IT Head of SAP S/4HANA transformation you will oversee all IT program management aspects of our S/4HANA transformation program assuring high quality delivery business outcome realization on time and within budget. You will manage and support a team of IT project leaders and track leads and help them deliver results through coaching and inspiring leadership that builds trust engagement and belonging.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Leads all IT planning execution and delivery of S/4HANA transformation program as well as related projects
• Collaborate closely with peer Program Directors and Leads to ensure consistent governance across all Program workstreams
• Serve as main point of IT contact for key internal and external stakeholders
• Manage IT resource allocation across multiple streams ensuring the right skills and capacity is available for successful program delivery
• Ensures alignment of all streams to achieve long term desired outcome of program
• Develop and drive strong relationships with vendors to govern commercials and achieve value from existing and future contracts
• Highly skilled at leading and managing change in a global organization
• Able to work with large cross-functional teams

To succeed you must hold:

• 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment with global program management of SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strategic Execution: Balances high-level oversight with operational detail to maintain momentum and ensure successful delivery
• Collaboration & Influence: Builds trust with diverse stakeholders and drives alignment without formal authority
• Decisiveness & Accountability: Makes informed decisions quickly and holds teams accountable to timelines and quality
• Clarity & Communication: Skilled in proactive clear and concise communication with audiences at a variety of organizational levels
• Full professional proficiency in English
