Mission Overview :
As part of an onsite support reinforcement we are looking for an IT Onsite Support Engineer (1st/2nd level) to provide daily end-user assistance on site.
Main Responsibilities :
- Provide support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices
- Installation replacement relocation and removal of IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents
- Support for monitors printers scanners and docking stations
- Receive inventory prepare and install IT equipment
- Provide clear and timely feedback to users and ensure proper ticket updates
Expected Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organized professional hands-on approach
- Candidate already trained / able to onboard quickly
Required Languages :
- Fluent English & Danish (mandatory)
Qualifications :
Technical Skills Required
- Onsite IT support (1st / 2nd level)
- Windows environment / Office 365
- Azure & Entra ID
- Apple ecosystem support: Mac iPhone iPad
- iTunes
- JAMF (strong asset)
- Hardware support: PCs Macs printers scanners
- Ticketing tools (ITIL)
Additional Information :
Working Conditions :
- Working hours: 09:30 18:00
- 1-hour lunch break (no support required during lunch)
- Fully onsite presence required
- Workload: Full time (4 or 5 days/week)
