The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional HR services across the EMEA region. This role ensures employee satisfaction by providing timely support maintaining accurate employee records and managing transactions throughout the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits payroll and other matters via voice chat and case management tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information job information employment contracts and payroll inputs.
- Process employee life cycle transactions such as employment status changes salary adjustments benefits enrollment and time-off requests.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of time and pay data for new hires terminations promotions and salary changes.
- Establish and maintain standard work for employee support processes regularly review performance against these standards and apply continuous improvement by analyzing feedback identifying gaps and implementing iterative enhancements.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline HR processes improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Work with AI-driven case management and virtual agents to resolve employee queries and automate repetitive tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company record retention policies and applicable laws when updating and maintaining digital employee records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work-related issues records and company information.
- Update internal and external databases with accurate employee information.
- Perform data entry and payroll input processing in systems such as Celergo and GlobalView.
- Interpret payroll pay categories and ensure accurate cooperation with payroll teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills utilizing technical proficiency and judgment and prior knowledge.
- Explains complex information to others in a straightforward manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HR systems and digital record management.
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Very strong knowledge of Netherlands HR practices.
- Experience with payroll systems such as Celergo and GlobalView.
- Understanding of basic payroll concepts including pay categories and interpretation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional HR and Finance teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow and understanding of ticket management processes.
- Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Additional Details:
- Office presence required 2-3 days per week in Eindhoven Netherlands office (BIC 1)
- Definite time 1 year contract with probation period then indefinite period of time. This is a permanent position.
