Youll join our close-knit Payroll team of 9 colleagues including 4 international payroll specialists. Were an international group that values open communication collaboration and continuous learning. Expect hands-on support shared successes and room to grow.
Your role
As Global Payroll Specialist you manage payroll for several international entities in our fast-growing organization. Youll work closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders in HR and Finance to ensure accurate timely and compliant payroll processes. Youre detail-oriented analytically strong and always looking for smarter ways of working.
What youll do
Process and coordinate payroll for multiple countries
Review payroll input and validate output from external providers
Ensure timely and accurate salary payments
Manage statutory deductions (taxes social security etc.)
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Support audits and continuous process improvements
Ready to make an impact in an international supportive team based in Amsterdam Wed love to meet you.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. (1/2 years)
Experience in a retail organization is a pré
Good understanding of payroll processes laws and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and excel.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
