Whatyoulldo:

  • Lead workplace operations including client servicesfacilitiesand records management across 4 offices including Sydney driving a client-centric agile and value-driven culture aligned with firm strategies

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners todevelop and implement strategic andoperational plans that support business units and enable consistent workplace excellence.

  • Innovate andoptimizeworkplace services byleveragingemergingtechnologies scaling efficiencies and using data-driven insights toenhance client and staff experiences while managing resources sustainably.

  • Provide leadership coaching and development toteams fostering a high-performance culture and partner withoutsourced providers and Social Impact teams todeliver commercial and meaningfuloutcomes.

Whatwerelooking for:

  • Over 10 yearsof senior leadership experience with a proventrack recordin delivering transformationaloutcomes and managing corporateoffices in agile top-tier professional services environments.

  • Strong strategic capability todefine drive and align business goals with firm strategies leading teams toachieveoperational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven project managementexpertise effective cross-functional collaboration and strong commercial acumen with data-driven analysis and reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and influencing abilities at allorganizational levels coupled with sound judgment thoughtful decision-making and a commitment topersonal and team brand excellence.
