Medical Transformation Project Manager Secondment.

The Medical Transformation Project Manageris responsible forproject management activities across multipleworkstreams associated with the development of the Innovating for Growth and Value Maximization Groupin Medical Affairsas part of the EU cluster transformation.
This rolewilldriveoperationalexecutionprogressproject initiatives and ensurethe successful delivery ofproject milestonesacross a period of 12 months.

The Medical Transformation Project Manageracts as a strategic partnerto International Medical Quality to drive the project workstreams and priorities engaging withsenior stakeholdersto mitigate risksfoster a culture of innovation leveraging AI andcontinuous improvementtoensure compliant and simplified operations.

Employees who have been declared redundant as a result of the MSM/SSM EU Cluster Transformation will be prioritized during selection process.

Role responsibilities

• Accountable fordriving project execution to completion within thetimeframeof the position.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifypotential risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with organizationalstandards and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress manage budgets and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Optimize processes while challenging convention to contribute to best practice development across the organization also considering potential for simplification also outside of the European Cluster Markets
• Innovate explore and implement AI use cases in medical quality compliance and operations to drive automation simplification and productivity

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiplecomplexprojects prioritizing tasksmaintainingproject timelinesandaccuratedocumentation.
• Confidence in designing and implementing continuous improvement programs cross-functionally facilitating workstream discussions and driving process efficiencies
• Creates an environment where innovation is standard takingappropriate risksto advance innovative processes while challenging convention
• Shows confidenceproactively considering the advantages ofleveragingAIfor all solutions
• Exercises own judgment. Confidentworkingindependently with assignments often self-initiated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Clear concise and effective exchange of information with stakeholders.
• Preferableskill:previousproject managementleadershipexperience may havesix-sigmaor associatedcertification
• Successful secondee will ideally currently be GJL 90 or above and will keep his/her current terms & conditions.
