Job Summary

Job Description:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure high-quality uninterrupted care for clients. This role serves as a key communication link between clients caregivers and agency staff requiring strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

*Hours needing to be filled:*

12 Hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and 1pm-6pm on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key Responsibility:

  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts based on client care plans caregiver availability and agency policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules using scheduling software and agency systems
  • Respond promptly to schedule changes call-outs and emergencies arranging coverage as needed monitor overtime and hours worked
  • Communicate schedule details clearly to caregivers and clients
  • Document scheduling changes and client or caregiver communications accurately

What Were Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in staffing recruiting or scheduling
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing or similar service-basedenvironments
  • Comfort managing multiple phone lines and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be able to work 12 hour weekends 7a-7pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
