Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking two dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers to join a team. The roles are available in two areas: Small Business Unit (SBU) and Middle Market. If you are tech-savvy organized and eager to grow in a dynamic environment encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
- SBU Role: $60000 annually
- Middle Market Role: $55000 - $60000 annually (vendor certificate experience required)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts within the Small Business Unit or Middle Market.
- Handle vendor certificates and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and workflows efficiently.
- Provide responsive and organized client service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience with vendor certificates is mandatory for the Middle Market role.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as an assistant or seasoned Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) is ideal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Eager to learn grow and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
