SharePoint (M365) Architect Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated SharePoint (M365) Architect / Team Leader to design develop and maintain applications using Microsoft SharePoint PowerApps frameworks in Athens or remotely. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on projects for major international public organizations.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop SharePoint (M365) solutions using SharePoint Online as also build and applications and web services;
• Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate;
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and solution options;
• Lead a highperforming team mentor talent and contribute to building a Center of Excellence;
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation;
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field;
• Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Power Apps and Dynamics 365;

• Strong understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and related web technologies (React/Angular);

• Experience with RESTful services and APIs;

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity development (C# MVC);

• Experience with broader M365 ecosystem components (Teams Exchange Online Security & Compliance);
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions Azure App Service and Azure DevOps;

• Microsoft Certifications.
