Job Summary
A fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Support Associate to support daily marketplace operations. This role focuses on order support customer communication and maintaining account health across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer inquiries and order-related issues
Supporting product listings and account maintenance
Managing returns and resolving marketplace issues
Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience supporting e-commerce or online marketplaces
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Amazon Walmart or eBay preferred
Salary: $45k - $50k/Year
