Emerson is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that span regulatory compliance cybersecurity product development and operational efficiency. This role will manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects involving engineering quality legal compliance and product management teams.
The Project Manager will be responsible for building and executing project plans establishing governance frameworks and driving stakeholder alignment. A current focus includes supporting compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) but the role is designed to flex across evolving business priorities and regulatory landscapes.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
Two (2) or more years of experience in project management preferably in manufacturing engineering or regulatory environments
Strong working knowledge of project management principles tools and practices
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives
Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
Strong communication negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 10%)

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $72000-$82000annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
