Join PwCs Data & AI Consulting team as a Senior Associate AI Engineer whereyoulldesign develop and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions thatsupport meaningful change across diverse client accounts and projects.

In this roleyoullwork closely withdiversecross-functional teams to build automation capabilities enhance conversational experiences and enable autonomous decision-making systems for clients.Youllapplycutting-edgeAI technologies to solve complex challenges contributing to the delivery of innovative data-driven solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and implement agentic AI architectures usingcloud technologies like AWS or GCPopen-source and third-party platforms ( Hugging Face Rasa etc.)
Develop and integrate autonomous agents for task execution decision-making and multi-step workflows
Build andoptimizeconversational AI systems including chatbots voice assistants and virtual agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyautomation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions
Ensure ethical AI practices data privacy and responsible deployment of agentic systems
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities

As a AI Engineer in PwC you will be expectedtoalso:

Demonstrate thought leadership in agentic AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Stay current with advancements in LLMs multi-agent systems and AI orchestration tools
Participate in client workshops and technical discussions to shape solution strategy
Contribute to reusable components accelerators and best practices for agentic AI
Support proposal development with technical insights and solutioning

Background and Experience / Skills

The ideal candidate will bring deepexpertisein AI and machine learning with a passion for solving complex business challenges through data-driven innovation.

3 years of experience in AI machine learning or data science roles

StrongproficiencyinprogramminginPythonSpark and familiarity with ML frameworks likeTensorFlowPyTorch andScikit-learn.

Hands-on experience withGitCI/CD pipelines andmodel versioning tools.

Exposure toNLPcomputer vision orgenerative AIuse cases is a plus.

Experience using Generative AI models and frameworkse.gOpenAI open source LLMsLangchainHugging FaceTransformersRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Understanding of LLMs prompt engineering and multi-agent coordination

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP etc.) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes)

Solid understanding of cloud architecture data engineering and model operationalization.

Mentor andsupportothersdevelopment

effectively communicatemanageclient expectationscollaborate on successful project outcomes workingtoclear deliverables.

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.

Applyingmachine-learningstatistical analysis and other advanced analytics techniques to key business issues faced by our clients that can transform and improve their entireorganisation.
