The Country Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the in-country P&O Operations team ensuring the effective delivery of services across Payroll Time Management Hire-to-Retire (H2R) and Benefits Administration. This role ensures operational excellence compliance with local regulatory frameworks (LRF) and optimal use of technology and standardized processes. As a people manager the role also focuses on team performance engagement and cultural alignment while partnering closely with local P&O and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee P&O operational services in the country ensuring compliance with global processes and local regulations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Payroll Time Hire-to-Retire (H2R) and Benefits Administration.
  • Drive adoption and optimal use of HR technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws tax regulations and internal policies; manage risks related to data privacy and payroll accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead coach and develop a team of P&O Operations Specialists fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for country-level P&O Operations and collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
  • Promote process standardization automation and continuous improvement to optimize service delivery.
  • Govern vendor relationships and monitor performance through SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage operational budgets including forecasting and cost control.

What Youll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • 5 years of HR operations experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Time H2R and Benefits processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP Workday) payroll/time systems and case management tools.
  • Proven ability to implement HR technology solutions and drive process improvements.
  • Familiarity with local labor and tax regulations.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing performance through KPIs and SLAs.
  • Financial acumen and experience in cost planning and budget control.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments solve problems and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
