The Project
ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel Stage 2 Sydneys third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.
Project scope includes:
- Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
- Civil Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
- Surface level work including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway
As an Interface and Property Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Interface and Property teams. You will manage documentation coordinate stakeholder permits liaise with third parties and assist with property condition reporting. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and compliance with project requirements while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities for the position:
- Provide administrative support to Interface and Property teams
- Collate and coordinate reporting requirements
- Manage electronic files efficiently
- Liaise with private stakeholders and authorities
- Facilitate meetings and distribute materials
- Coordinate stakeholder permits and access requirements
Required Skills and Competencies
Capability & Experience you will need to have:
- Certificate or degree in Business Administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High-level administration and database management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask under deadlines
- Experience in construction industry (desirable)
