About the role
As an Infrastructure Property Officer you will be responsible for providing land and easement acquisition advice and services to clients to assist with their decision making and project delivery. The advice may include communicating and explanation of the land acquisition process as stipulated in the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act or other related legislation and processes.
You will be required to negotiate with affected landowners the acquisition of land and easements required by the client in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the success of the clients project.

The NSW Public Works (NSW PW) Land Acquisition and Property Services Team specialises in providing acquisition services to state and local government clients facilitating the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.
