Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining coded player block through direct mail email telemarketing by leveraging databases.
  • Actively participates in telephone solicitation and coordinates personalized direct mailings for assigned markets.
  • Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies and conducts oneself with highest level of integrity and honesty.
  • Ensures seamless hand off of guest pre-trip itinerary for flawless on property execution by VIP Hospitality Team.
  • Responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of clients.
  • Supports and cultivates new ideas for business or service solutions.
  • Clearly communicates programs/services seeks support and keeps all informed of changes that may have impact the business.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all happenings on property and in market.
  • Develop skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
  • Projects warmth and enthusiasm in person and on the phone; builds rapport to strengthen relationships and encourages trial as well as repeat visitation.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to teach mentor train and share information with the team.
  • Ability to read write speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and comply with all state federal and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
  • All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member front or back of house should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up look around (head on a swivel); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor you are on stage.
  • Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Mental & Environmental Demands:

  • Must be able to continuously maneuver around office.
  • Must be able to move quickly around property.
  • Must be able to bend crouch kneel twist and work at a desk. Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests needs.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of experience in casino or hotel customer service guest host or telemarketing.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions to maximize customer experience and program profitability.
  • Exceptional time management. Must perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Fun team focused attitude
  • Must beresilient tenacious and committed to personalizing interactions to drive performance that is highly measured.
  • Excellent telephone communications skills and the ability to engage others to commit to action.
