Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Advisor to join our team! Our client is a leading healthcare sales-side advisor and professional services firm. They specialize in helping healthcare practice owners successfully navigate transitions and exits ultimately helping healthcare professionals realize the value of their lifes work.
By bridging the gap between sellers and buyers such as Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) and private individuals they manage the entire process from due diligence and financial gathering to the final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Dental Sell-Side Advisor is converting dental leads into high-value signed contracts.
- You will navigate the complex landscape of private equity-backed Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and act as a strategic advisor for multi-million-dollar transitions.
- This role requires a sophisticated blend of financial literacy local market credibility and the ability to build deep trust with practitioners as they transition their lifes work.
Additional Compensation:
We believe in paying 125% or higher of the market rate. By being successful in this role you will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance-based compensation tied to key initiatives.
Sales Revenue Generation:
You drive the conversion of leads into contracts with an average value of $4M$6M USD.
Maintains Deal Momentum:
You provide the constant negotiation and local market knowledge required to hit a target of 1520 signed contracts annually.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience and proven background in finance investment banking or equity sales.
- Background in dentistry and dental practice brokerage is a huge plus.
- Education: Bachelors Degree
Hours:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
