What are we looking for
Sales and Community
Drive membership acquisition: new enquiries show-aroundsgeneral enquiries application process.
Work fluently using initiative on best practices and salesworkflows including the PeopleVine CRM.
Make proactive sales calls to qualified leads to introducethe community and establish the needs of the prospective member.
Maintain clear and consistent messaging in line with ourcore values brand narrative and sales goals.
Follow the Membrane sales process to target prospectivemembers.
Attend weekly sales meetings to provide an update onprogress with regard to sales workflows.
Use the existing CRM and reporting structure to providedetailed monthly updates on all sales activity in line with salesworkflows.
Attend member events to meet with existing members andidentify future prospects.
Attend external networking events to increase awareness ofthe club and target potential new members.
Develop relationships with members and potential memberswith a view to forming recommendations to improve the membership experience.
Collate and share membership feedback.
Proactively suggest ideas for new events societies andparties that both develop the membership experience and drive club revenue andprofitability.
Ensure that the processes to safeguard and protect thesecurity and integrity of the customer database are followed under GDPRguidelines.
Membership Retention
Work to agreed monthly quarterly and annual renewaltargets.
Handle prospective and existing members in such a way thatsales and profitability are maintained.
Maintain the renewals tracker and update on member renewals/ leavers weekly.
Ensure the Management team are aware of any membersspecific feedback or requirements.
Ensure the phones are covered at all times and make theReception team aware if everyone is out of office.
Ensure that any requests (whether verbal or written) toterminate or amend membership are dealt with efficiently and that every effortis made to retain the member.
Deal with complaints calmly and tactfully and suggest areasonable course of action to resolve any complaints.
Financial
Remain within annual departmental budgets and plans.
Follow the Clubs processes and procedures at alltimes.
About you
Proactive and results-driven with experience in membershipor hospitality sales.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM and sales insight tools like PeopleVine and Membrain.
A passion for hospitality and community building.
