This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role focuses on driving talent management employee engagement workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.

The Sr. Manager/Associate Director IP&C has the following responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders providing insights on workforce planning organizational design and talent strategies.
- Drive change management initiatives to support USP 2030 strategy.
- Partner with leadership on diversity equity and inclusion strategies to build an inclusive culture.
- Liaison between HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business units to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Talent Management
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and build robust succession pipelines.
- Drive leadership development and capability-building programs to strengthen organizational bench strength.
- Champion career growth initiatives that enhance employee development and retention.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans with long-term business objectives and market trends.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of inclusion collaboration and innovation across all levels of the organization.
- Leverage employee feedback and engagement analytics to identify trends and drive targeted interventions for improved morale and productivity.
- Champion initiatives that reinforce organizational values and behaviors ensuring cultural consistency during periods of change or growth.
Performance Management
- Partner with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback and accountability ensuring clarity on expectations and outcomes.
- Coach leaders on managing performance effectively including addressing underperformance and recognizing high achievers.
Who is USP Looking For
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders along with the following competencies and experience:
- Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (Full-Time) in Human Resource Management.
- 10 years of HR experience with at least 6 years as HRBP preferably experience working in MNC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to drive outcomes through collaboration and persuasion.
Additional Desired Preferences
- Experience in Organization Development HR Management Industrial Relations or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a highly matrix environment.
