Job Summary

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings interviewing negotiating salaries and conducting onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Handling employee grievances fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll bonuses health insurance and other employee perks.
Performance & Development: Organizing performance appraisals training and development activities to improve employee skills.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee records updating policies and managing HR software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Crucial for resolving conflicts and interacting with all staff levels.
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks like payroll compliance and hiring.
