Job Summary

Role Objective

The role is responsible for driving B2B sales growth by acquiring new corporate institutional and project-based clients while managing end-to-end sales ownership from lead generation to order execution installation support and collections. The position demands a consultative solution-oriented sales approach aligned with premium custom furniture offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Drive consistent growth in order value and overall turnover.

  • Increase repeat business from existing clients and accounts.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify target and onboard new corporate institutional and project-based clients.

  • Generate qualified leads through corporate visits referrals architects and partnerships.

  • Build presence across offices healthcare hospitality education and premium residential projects.


3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers contractors procurement teams and end clients.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

  • Handle negotiations objections and deal closures professionally.

4. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling

  • Develop a strong understanding of furniture products materials finishes and customization options.

  • Provide design-led space-efficient and cost-effective furniture solutions.

  • Coordinate closely with design production and installation teams for accurate proposals and execution.

5. Order Management & Execution Support

  • Ensure accuracy in quotations BOQs drawings and order confirmations.

  • Track orders from confirmation through production dispatch and installation.

  • Proactively resolve issues related to timelines specifications or site conditions.

6. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

  • Monitor competitor pricing offerings and market trends.

  • Share market feedback to improve product design pricing and positioning.

  • Identify opportunities for new product categories and value engineering.



7. Profitability & Cost Control

  • Maintain targeted gross margins on sales orders.

  • Minimize excessive discounting through value-based selling.

  • Support pricing optimization through cost awareness and negotiation skills.

8. Reporting & Sales Forecasting

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

  • Submit regular MIS reports covering leads conversions closures and collections.

  • Analyze performance metrics to improve sales efficiency.

9. Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand professionally during client meetings site visits and presentations.

  • Support showroom excellence by ensuring samples catalogues and displays are well-maintained.

10. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Adhere to company policies documentation and approval processes.

  • Ensure legal commercial and payment terms are clearly communicated and followed.

Support timely collections in coordination with finance teams.

Experience

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B corporate / project sales

  • Preferred background: furniture interiors fit-outs workspace solutions or related industries

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong corporate prospecting and relationship-building skills
