PwC is the number one M&A advisor in New Zealand and the only big 4 firm with a broad deal advisory capability across M&A infrastructure debt advisory property and transaction services offerings. This offers unique exposure to be part of New Zealands most important and complex transactions and infrastructure developments. Infrastructure and capital advisory is a global growth area for PwC with strong international connectivity. This role offers significant responsibility visibility and the opportunity to be involved in shaping major investment and infrastructure outcomes across New Zealand.
Our Corporate Finance & Infrastructure Advisory team is now seeking a high-performing professional to join the team in Auckland or Wellington. This role sits at the centre of PwCs work on large-scale capital-intensive projects across both the private and government sectors supporting clients to make informed investment financing and strategic decisions.
You will help ensure deal and infrastructure projects are delivered efficiently on time and within budget. Working closely with senior leaders clients and multidisciplinary teams you will apply strong project management commercial acumen and be a collaborative team member to deliver high-quality outcomes.
