- 7 years of senior hotel sales leadership experience ideally within a cluster or multi-property environment.
- Self-motivated positive energetic.
- Senior leisure sales experience within hospitality
- Strong understanding of FIT wholesale and group leisure markets.
- Proven ability to deliver portfolio or multi-property sales strategies.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with international markets and global partners.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems and MS Office Suite.
