Job Summary

  • Managing a multi-property portfolio balancing individual hotel priorities with overall portfolio performance.

  • Directing leisure business to the most commercially appropriate hotels often amid internal competition.

  • Securing long-lead leisure group and tour series business while managing market and materialisation risk.

  • Navigating volatile international markets including FX demand shifts and geopolitical impacts.

  • Covering multiple segments simultaneously (FIT wholesale group; domestic and international).

  • Influencing a wide range of internal stakeholders without direct authority (GMs Commercial Revenue Sales).

  • Maintaining and growing complex external relationships with operators wholesalers DMCs and tourism bodies.

  • Ensuring profitability and rate integrity while meeting volume expectations from leisure partners.

  • Proving ROI on trade shows sales missions famils and promotions in low-attribution environments.

  • Driving CRM discipline data quality and insight-led decision-making across diverse teams.

  • Building a high-performance collaborative sales culture across the portfolio through influence and credibility.


Qualifications :

  • 7 years of senior hotel sales leadership experience ideally within a cluster or multi-property environment.
  • Self-motivated positive energetic.
  • Senior leisure sales experience within hospitality
  • Strong understanding of FIT wholesale and group leisure markets.
  • Proven ability to deliver portfolio or multi-property sales strategies.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with international markets and global partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems and MS Office Suite.
