Join our team as a Custom Interiors Coordinator. This role requires strong project management and business operations experience where you will market sell coordinate and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents apartments. Your efforts will directly impact the community by enhancing apartment appeal increasing occupancy rates and supporting overall growth.

How you will make an impact
- Coordinate each phase of custom service projects to include: initial marketing efforts invoicing final implementation and quality assurance.
- Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.
- Provide pricing process and product specification information to residents
- Process custom services work orders issue purchase orders to contractors and schedule the work to be performed
- Log all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis
What you will need
- Minimum 3 year experience in project management
- Minimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.
- Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination as well as public relations experience is a plus.
- Project planning experience is a necessary.
- Analytical project coordination and public relations experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
