Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks remotely for United Healthcare.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain databases file systems and other records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
- Ensure all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and terminology.
