Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Manage schedules and appointments for the office
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing scanning and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
