Job Summary
Position Description
Title: Associate Talent Manager
Division: IMG Talent
Report to: Vice President Talent
Role Overview:
Managing a select portfolio of Talent in addition to working alongside Talent Managers and assisting them in the procuring servicing and maintenance of all aspects of a select portfolio of talents affairs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Managing the fulfillment and logistics for designated Talent endorsements/ campaigns/ PR activity/ & Social Media content fulfillment.
- Participate in strategy development & implementation for selected Talent including achievement of business & marketing objectives social media content strategy and implementation.
- Procurement & management of new business opportunities for Talent including sales outreach to brands and agencies and preparation of related Sales materials & post campaign reports.
- Identifying & recruiting new talent to the IMG Talent portfolio.
- Respond to incoming commercial briefs for your portfolio of talent and general talent briefs including negotiation of fees in consultation with respective talent managers.
- Procurement & management of new business opportunities for the client division generally including arranging and attending meetings with PR/ Marketing/ and Advertising agencies.
- Coordinating appearances invitations and requests relating to selected Talent.
- Attend events with clients in addition to IMG events when required.
- Management of specific client division projects from when required.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
