We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across the water energy transport or civil infrastructure sectors. This role is ideal for a developing project professional looking to take greater ownership of project outcomes while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
You will support and/or lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle planning design coordination procurement construction and close-out while maintaining strong relationships with clients contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure projects or work packages in accordance with scope program budget and quality requirements
- Support project planning scheduling cost control and risk management activities
- Coordinate with designers contractors clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with procurement processes contract administration and consultant management
- Monitor project progress and report on performance risks and issues
- Support safety environmental and quality compliance across project activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Qualifications :
You will be a proactive and organised project professional with experience in delivering infrastructure projects and a strong interest in developing your project management capability.
You will ideally have:
- 38 years experience in project management or project delivery roles
- Experience working in the infrastructure delivery sector (water energy transport or civil works)
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related discipline
- Sound understanding of project controls scheduling cost management and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams
