About the role
Our team are well known for delivering innovative safe and industry leading projects. We are market leaders for turnkey projects in the following industries: materials handling water infrastructure defence mining and Hydrocarbons. As such we offer diverse and challenging opportunities for employees to further their career ambitions.
About you
To be successful in this role you will ideally have an experience in the mining industry and/or heavy industrial would be advantageous but not essential. A high regard for Safety and Quality is a must. The successful applicant will be someone who is driven has pride in their work and has excellent relationship building capabilities.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- At least 3 years in a similar position
- Previous supervisory experience within the water mining or defence industries
- SA Electrical Licence
- Track project timelines materials and labour requirements
- Read and interpret drawings schematics and technical documents
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety standards and project specifications
- Experience in delivering HA and HV projects
- Sound communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders and clients on project matters
- A positive approach to safety
- Solution-focused practical functional problem solver
- Ability to obtain DCAC and MSIC passes
