Position Summary:
Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property guest rooms and public areas
Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience
Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives
Be a confident and welcoming supervisor creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
About You:
Relevant experience in general maintenance property maintenance in hotels facilities residential or commercial.
