Weare looking fortradequalifiedIndustrial Electricianstojoin our Asset Management team at Bell Bay Aluminium- Tasmania.

Our Team is flexible and dynamicprimarily completing breakdown responsemaintenanceworks on our fixed plant assets site wide.

Reporting to theMaintenanceSupervisoryouwill bejoiningourBreakdownMaintenance role may involve;

  • Maintainingrestoringand/orreplacingfixed plant equipment within an Aluminium Smelter Environment.
  • Planned maintenance including PLC Instrumentationmotordrivesand other plant equipmentincluding Autonomous Forklift equipment.
  • Execution of planned and unplanned breakdown maintenance.
  • Prioritising and self-managing breakdown repairs
  • Troubleshooting calibratingrepairand service of fixed plant electrical assets.

Whatyoullbring

Previousexperience working within an industrial environment is highly regarded. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
  • Valid C Classdriverslicence
  • An Australian A grade Electrical licence
  • Instrumentation Certificateadvantageous
  • Working at Heights/EWP desirable
  • Experienced in planned maintenance including PLCInstrumentationand other plant equipment
  • Proven history of fault finding and repairs on various electrical equipment
  • Proven maintenance experience working in heavy/industrial industry
