Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Court Liaison serves as the key point of communication between Youth Advocate Programs and the court system. This role coordinates the flow of information ensures timely submission of legal documents schedules for court appearances and facilitates communication between attorneys law enforcement probation officers and court personnel. The Court Liaison helps maintain accurate records tracks case progress and ensures that all required documentation is complete and compliant with court procedures. Strong organization attention to detail and professionalism are essential in this position.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors is preferred but not required
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in legal law enforcement or administrative setting
- Familiarity with court procedures legal documentation and case documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual -Spanish Speaking is a plus.
