We are seeking to appoint a committed enthusiastic and good team player to be our Reprographics Assistant working as part of the ICT Team. You must also be an excellent communicator be able to train staff on the workings of the photocopiers manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Your role will include:
Completing reprographics work for staff taking instructions from standard forms or emails to meet deadlines
To prepare work for reproduction eg exam papers certificates newsletters
Completing binding laminating and hole punching
Keeping the photocopiers in good working order and ordering consumables i.e. toner and paper and liaising with photocopier supplier
