The Role:

Weare seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable First Responder to join our Housing Disrepairteam based at our newly refurbed office in Stockton. You will play a vital role inliaising with clients gathering evidence and providing administrative supporton cases whilst building valuable knowledge of Housing Law. Full training will be provided so if youreorganised a great communicator and ready to make a difference wed love tohear from you.

Keyresponsibilities:

Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and email correspondence
Reviewing cases to assess the merits of potential disrepair cases including but not limited to:
Gathering information and evidence from clients
Keeping detailed records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assisting case workers by drafting letters and emails

Opening files through our case management system

Developing a working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

Attending client meetings for note taking purposes

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office
A meticulous eye for detail to ensure precision in all tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
