This position is for an Entry-level Procurement professional. Carries out processes standards and operational plans in support of Procurement including RFPs negotiation preparations and cost analysis. Works with buyers in activities associated with purchasing goods materials supplies and / or services.
Primary Responsibilities:
out processes and standards in support of Procurement including RFPs negotiations cost accountability and / or program execution.
to client inquiries about order status changes or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
timely processing of purchase requisitions order releases.
records of items purchased costs deliveries product performance and inventories analyzes data and ensures account needs are met.
suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.
the resolution of non-conforming goods and/or services and delivery recovery planning.
for all aspects of the relationship with specific suppliers.

Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelors degree in the appropriate discipline and 2 years of relevant the absence of a degree 6 years of relevant experience is required.
