Supportive and experienced Maths department
An ambitious and well-established secondary school in Bristol is seeking a Maths Early Career Teacher to start a full-time permanent position from January 2026. The school is looking for a passionate Maths ECT who is eager to develop their practice within a collaborative and structured department.
You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to gain experience at KS5 over time. The department has a strong culture of shared planning mentoring and professional dialogue making it an ideal setting for an ECT.

Experience and Qualifications
PGCE in Mathematics with QTS (or pending)
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths
Ability to inspire and support learners of all abilities
A reflective and committed approach to teaching
Salary
Paid to scale (MPS) on a direct contract.
