Job Summary
Our client is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join an ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Peterborough from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a Science Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and contributing to a school with high expectations and a clear focus on progress and achievement.

The Role
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on specialism
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons that support strong progress
Delivering practical science lessons with a clear focus on safety and subject knowledge
Assessing pupil progress and providing clear constructive feedback
Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
Playing an active role in the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Science-related subject
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong subject knowledge and high expectations for pupil outcomes
Good classroom management and organisational skills
A professional positive and collaborative approach
