- Manufacturing automotive or heavy equipment background
- Advanced statistics or reliability modeling experience
- Diesel agricultural or heavy truck equipment experience
- Experience with PTC tools (Windchill Creo Windchill Quality Solutions)
- Programming familiarity (VBA Arbortext databases)
- Vendor development and supplier support experience
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze vehicle systems and components for reliability maintainability safety and lifecycle support
- Interpret failure data and perform root cause and corrective action analysis
- Conduct FMECA DFMEA RCM and LORA analyses to support design and maintenance planning
- Participate in system and design reviews to influence maintainability and reliability improvements
- Develop operator maintenance and troubleshooting documentation
- Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders on requirements progress and findings
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
- 3 years of experience in reliability maintainability or heavy equipment engineering
- Strong analytical data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Experience with vehicle systems and subsystem integration
